But you know, God has a sense of humor and always takes the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. It’s been a wonderful privilege working in media and being able to make a significant difference in the lives of others, by providing an alternative perspective to life and purpose".
According to Victor, he is inspired by ‘vision, selflessness and humility of spirit."
He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, swimming, bike riding and movies with a whole lot of comedy.

Kathy Edwards
Katherine Rucker Edwards known to us as "Kathy" has been hosting "Turning Point International" since it's inception in 1997. She is keenly aware of the dire need for quality television programming around the globe and feels privileged to write for and host a "top notch" magazine program. She coined the phrase, "one of the best ways to spend thirty minutes of your time..." because she believes that watching "Turning Point" is not just entertaining but life-changing.After completing undergraduate studies and embarking upon postgraduate work, Kathy began her broadcasting career in 1985 anchoring "World News This Week" a news program that later became "CBN World News". While Kathy admits she has worked hard over the years she realizes that her effort alone has not been the key to her lasting success. She says the Lord has ordered her steps and blessed her richly. "The Lord has given me a passion for people and excellence. When an individual becomes all that God created him or her to be that person is truly successful and genuinely rich." As an ordained minister Kathy is committed to preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. She has been married to Carlton Edwards for 20 years and they have three beautiful children, Hannah-12, Isaac-9, and Zoe-2.

Holly Flood
Holly Flood is Turning Point’s Line Producer. She joined CBN in 2005, from the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) where she was a producer and script writer. Holly brings more than 10 years of valuable experience to her work at Turning Point. While at NBC, she developed a strong desire to have kingdom purpose in her work. That desire led her to CBN. She believes the greatest fulfillment in serving on the Turning Point team is that the program not only entertains, but also changes the lives of those who watch it.She has a heart to see the viewers of the program experience turning points that will not just change their lives, but will have an impact on their families and communities.
She says the legacy she would like to leave behind is that she loved God, loved others as herself, and that God used her to change future generations.
If there were anything she could tell the next generation, it would be that God has created them for a purpose and that they are here for such a time as this. One of the best things they can do after receiving Christ as their personal savior is learning what that purpose is by discovering the gifts, talents and abilities God has given them to create wealth in their lives and the lives of others. Holly is a strong believer in the maxim that "no matter where a person has been or where they have come from, their past does not determine their future."
Holly earned a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism at Hampton University in Virginia and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration/Not-for-Profit Management at Regent University also in Virginia.
She enjoys reading, traveling, playing board games and spending time with her family and close friends.

Erica Linney
"E" as she is referred to by her friends, was born and raised in a small town in New Jersey. Her desire to work in television led her to Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. Upon graduating, Erica obtained a full scholarship to Regent University where she studied Script & Screenwriting. Erica says her dream was to move to Hollywood to be a television writer, but God had another plan.In 1999 Erica joined the Turning Point team as an unpaid intern. Working nights at a group home for troubled teens and days at Turning Point was difficult, but one thing convinced her to persevere – the impact Turning Point had on the people and even her personally. Erica recalls producing her first story on none other than singing legend Andraé Crouch. "It took me so long to produce that story because every time I’d hear Andraé sing ‘The Blood Will Never Loose It’s Power’ I’d break out in tears worshipping God. Eventually I was able to contain myself long enough to finish the story."
Since working on Turning Point, Erica says she has developed a love for and understanding of those she calls her "cousins across the water." She has aspirations of building schools, orphanages and writing children’s books for various countries in Africa. When Erica is not working on Turning Point she enjoys watching movies, traveling, hanging out with friends and simply having a good time.
She says her ultimate goal is "When I stand before Jesus to hear Him say well done thy good and faithful servant, enter into the rest of the Lord. And when I go in I hope to see thousands of people there because of stories I produced and people that I have encountered who were drawn to the Jesus in me and decided to make Jesus their Lord and Savior. That to me is the personification of a well lived life."
